New Tools Launch!

On March 24, 2025, the new EDGAR Filer Management website will be live. This platform features a dashboard where existing filers can easily enroll. Once enrolled, filers have the option to connect to new APIs while continuing to use the legacy EDGAR filing process.

Important: The legacy system will remain operational during this transition period, offering you the flexibility to adopt at your own pace.

Compliance Deadline

September 15, 2025, is THE DAY! All EDGAR systems will require Login.gov individual account credentials and dashboard authorization for submissions. This is the ultimate deadline so don’t forget to mark your calendars! Make sure you’re fully compliant well before this date to ensure smooth operations continue.
